Today's Agenda:
1. Teams will continue to piece together the evidence/documents for case involving mortgage fraud. 2. Teams that are ready to examine their documents will complete Part 1 of the investigation. 3. Students will visit the school store in groups of three. 4. Ms. Fronk will distribute envelopes and progress reports. Envelope is to be signed asap by a parent and returned to me!

Patience was a virtue today as students carefully reconstructed shredded documents in order to solve a case of mortgage fraud. Shout out to group 2: Daniel, Ajah, Matthew, Trevon, Ilona and Andrian for putting together their document. A second shout out to group 6: Yeni, Maria, Jeffrey, Yesenia, Ana, Kylan and Jadyha for putting together their document!!! Awesome work!!!
Today we returned to our CSI investigation and students worked in teams to put together shredded documents. They will use the documents to potentially solve a case of mortgage document fraud (fictional!) The team of Kayli, Andrian, Matthew, Elizabeth, Ilona and Jeffrey worked so dilligently to reconstruct their document! Image is coming! So proud of them!!!!
Writing Lab Reports Today using the ppt from Tuesday's Paper Tower Lab. We repeated the lab yesterday (Wednesday) using cardboard (changing the variable!) Results were quite different--please enjoy the pictures below : )
We had a great time today working on the Paper Tower Lab. Working in pairs, students could cut, twist, or fold newpaper in order to build the tallest possible tower. The winning tower was built by David Jackson and Kylan Brock--55" tall!!!
